March Forth with me.
Washington in-person and telehealth therapy for anxiety, OCD and thoughts of shame.
When your brain’s being a jerk, it can feel like:
You overthink every choice, big or small, until making a decision feels impossible.
Your brain hits replay on every awkward moment ever.
You’re so tired of being at war with your own mind.
You triple-check the stove, the locks, your texts… your entire existence.
You analyze your own thoughts, wondering if they mean something terrible about you.
You chase certainty like it’s your side hustle but it keeps ghosting you.
You feel ashamed of your own mind— the thoughts, the rituals, the why can’t I stop this?
You look calm on the outside but inside, it’s a full-blown emergency drill.
You feel like there’s something deeply wrong with you, even when nothing’s “wrong.”
You feel unworthy of love, care, or kindness, even from yourself.
Overthinking. Overwhelmed. Over it?
But healing? It IS possible. But it’s not about being “fixed.” It’s about freedom.
The anxious thoughts still pop up, but you stop taking their bait.
You engage in life without avoiding it out of fear.
You start doing the things your brain says you can’t (and survive/THRIVE anyway).
You breathe without waiting for the next mental fire alarm.
You stop treating yourself like a problem to solve.
You begin to believe you are not broken, your brain just misfires sometimes.
Moments of calm and presence feel real, not fleeting.
Your body relaxes more often — chest and stomach unclench, muscles soften.
You trust yourself and your choices, even when things are uncertain.
You allow yourself to be seen — and trust people can handle the real you.
Hi, I’m Victoria.
I help anxious folks of all ages, the ones weighed down by fear, uncertainty, and shame, find a way out of their own mental trap and into a life they didn’t think was possible.
Sounds like a tall order? I won’t lie. I don’t have a magic wand (wish I did!) and I can’t see the future. What I do have is lived experience. I’ve been trapped by anxiety, OCD, and shame myself, and I know personally that you don’t have to stay there.
There can be a different story for you. What I offer? Hope, a hand to help you write that story, and yes, lots of schooling and continued training, too.
Stuff I help with.
Shame
Self-esteem
Imposter syndrome
Identity development
Life transitions
Moral Injury
Anxiety
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
OCD related disorders such as Emetophobia and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors
